Statements and Invoices

As you are now aware we have recently moved from weekly billing to a monthly billing cycle. This has caused some changes to the way we send invoices and statements. Previously, all invoices and statements were mailed at the beginning of the month, and you would receive them about a week later. Invoices and statements no longer arrive at the same time. In our new system, invoices are now mailed out at the beginning of the month as usual, however statements are not mailed out until the end of the month.

Many customers contacted us as they thought the April statement was their May invoice. Invoices will only show the current month’s charges. Statements show any outstanding charges. If you pay by credit card you will only receive a statement and will not be sent an invoice.
