Beginning in June 2008 you have had the ability to set both individual logins and customized permission levels for each employee who uses BoatWizard.  This new enhancement to YachtWorld.com Basic service is just one more way we are continually improving BoatWizard to better serve you.

 In the past individual broker logins only allowed for “read only” access to BoatWizard.  Now you are able to set different levels of read/write access in BoatWizard for all of your employees. If all of your brokers and employees use one login and password to access BoatWizard you are not taking advantage of an important feature of your YachtWorld.com Basic Membership.

Enable a broker to update only his listings, give the sales manager of your satellite office the ability to edit all the listings from his office, or allow a listing secretary full access to all listings.  These are just a few examples of how you can take advantage of this new functionality. By using individual logins and the new permissions feature you will find that keeping track of your listings with BoatWizard just became a whole lot easier.
