Recently, we have noticed an increase in broker specific information appearing within the listing description and the full specs.  Information such as the broker name, brokerage name and special pricing are not allowed to be entered in the “Description field” or the “Full Specs.”You may use the Custom Contact Information field to include broker specific information such as upcoming boat shows where the boat will be displayed, special pricing, and other brokerage specific information.   This information will be posted below the listing description on your YachtWorld.com listing.These rules are in place to help promote co-brokerage and to provide for the best possible consumer experience.  By not including brokerage specific information in the Description field and the Full Specs fields other brokers to print out or email the listing giving you more co-brokerage opportunities.  Please do not include broker specific information such as name, phone number, website, or email address in the “Description field” and “Full Specs” area of your listing.YachtWorld.com is currently performing a year-long audit that will deactivate listings with broker info in either the “Description Field” or “Full Specs” area.
