Announcing the launch, YachtWorld’s Managing Director Ian Atkins said “I am delighted to confirm that YachtWorld: The Magazine will be expertly led by Clare Willison, formerly Managing Director of Marine Trader Media and founder of Boats and Yachts for Sale, the original brokerage magazine in the UK. Clare will be joined by Sue Milne, formerly MTM’s Sales Director and together they will oversee the launch, promotion and sales of the new service by drawing on their extensive knowledge of the boating and publishing markets”.
YachtWorld: The Magazine will offer over 100 pages of boats and
yachts for sale via a combined distribution of subscription and controlled circulation at Boat Shows, hotels, dedicated news stands, international airports and other high profile outlets. The magazine will also be available digitally via online subscription through the YachtWorld.com web site, directly targeting the site’s 4.5 million monthly visitors.
The first issue of YachtWorld: The
Magazine will be published in January 2008 and launched to the public at the London Boat Show.
