Today, we released a new feature that many of you have asked for since the launch of individual passwords – more flexibility in the contact information that appears on boat listings printed and emailed from BoatWizard.
If you are currently logged in as a broker, your name and contact information is automatically added to the boat listings. You now have the option to remove/edit this, or show someone elses details instead.
1) When printing or emailing boat listings, the broker will be provided with a new option to select the broker name, or NONE.
2) You must select the appropriate office to see the broker name that works in that office.
3) If you select NONE, then the listing will be printed with the office information only.
4) The default broker name will be that of the broker who is logged in.
5) This can be overridden by the “print administration” section, which allows the office to default to “Current Broker” or None.
