As part of the ongoing development of BoatWizard and in response to feedback from many of our customers, we will shortly be implementing a “single user” password system in BoatWizard. As of Monday 22nd June, each BoatWizard username and password will be valid for one single user only, so every individual who wishes to access BoatWizard will require their own personal username and password.

This change will improve database security and, in due course, will allow individual actions in BoatWizard to be logged. It also allows you to set individual permissions, so that your brokers and admin staff have access only to the appropriate sections of the BoatWizard that they need.

To avoid any inconvenience when this change goes live on Monday 22nd June, please go into your BoatWizard account TODAY and create individual passwords for each person in the company. Just click on the “broker list” button on the left of the screen in the Website section and follow the simple instructions. Add as many additional usernames and passwords as you require. Use the boxes on the screen to determine which areas of BoatWizard each staff member may access.
