Because of the number of phishing attacks sustained by our customers over recent weeks, we no longer send invoices or statements by email. Since this was announced on 6th January, we have built and launched a new secure website where you can access all your invoices and statements. This means that any email you receive with an invoice embedded or attached has not been sent by us.
To access all your invoices and statements, go direct to dmmdocuments.boats.
- Click on the Register button
- Enter your 8 digit account number. The account number is located on all of your recent invoices or statements
- Enter the last 5 digits of the invoice number
- Create a password that you will remember. Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length, with at least 1 uppercase and one lowercase letter, at least 1 number, and 1 special character
Your password will last 90 days, after which you will be asked to create a new one when you log in the next time.
