BT Connectivity Issues

We have been advised that BT were experiencing problems with their connectivity with our custom website server in Telehouse, London. This was prohibiting some customers from reaching our server and seeing their custom websites live on the internet. Whether this connectivity issue affected clients depends on their relationship with BT and their location in the UK. This problem was only affecting servers located in Telehouse, so whilst you may have been able to access other YachtWorld services such as BoatWizard and YachtWorld, you may have been unable to view your custom website online.

In these instances we are unable to assist with the recovery of the connecting services, although we are in communication with the service providers to get updates. We'd like to assure you that our server was working at 100% and your websites have been live and available online.
