Effective today, you can now control which areas of www.boatwizard.com your employees may access. This means that each broker, office manager and listing secretary may have their own individual access to BoatWizard, and the owner/manager can choose which areas of BoatWizard they will be able to access with that password.

For example, if you want an individual broker to update only his/her own listings, then you would go to BROKER LIST on the left of this screen and select “Edit individual boats” on the broker setup. Or if you wanted your Sales Manager to oversee all listings at a particular office, then you would assign them to “Edit office boats”.
