The YachtWorld.com report for October 2009 brokerage sailboat sales, produced with Sail America and based on SoldBoats.com aggregated data, continues to show improvement compared to the first half of 2009. And for the second month in a row, unit sales of close to 500 boats were roughly equal to the same months in 2009. Boat valuations remained 10 to 13 percent lower, but this is due  to lower sales among the largest size sailboats. Here’s a link to the full report.
