Dear YachtWorld.com Member,To provide better control for our users and protect access to BoatWizard accounts, YachtWorld.com has set up an easy way for BoatWizard administrators to provide separate user names and passwords for individual brokers. Formerly a user could share a user name and password to login to BoatWizard. For your security and more control if your staff changes, a single user name will not be able to simultaneously log in to BoatWizard from multiple computers. This new feature will go into effect June 22, 2009. From that date, any user attempting to use a shared login may cause another user to be signed out of BoatWizard.
Administrators, if you haven’t already done so, please set up a separate user name and password for each of your authorized account users. Keep in mind you can set permission levels appropriately to fit your business needs. View more details on how to set up additional accounts.
