The comment section allows the listing agent who is marking a boat as “sold”, to comment on a reason for an unusually high or low sold boat price. Brokers told us that this will encourage members to more accurately report sold boat information.

Now, when you mark a boat as sold and enter the selling price in BoatWizard, you may enter a comment such as “boat sold $100,000 under value due to hurricane damage”, or “vessel was in extremely good condition with new engines and really sold at the asking price”. Please only enter comments justifying the sold price.
