In this day and age, email is a vital part of your online business. Please do everything you can to make sure that your email address is receiving YachtWorld.com emails. Let’s read some tips in how to manage and properly receive your emails:
1. Start Proper Email Settings – Most ISP’s [Internet Service Providers] provide great email service, a part of that service is their SPAM blocker which can block or delay emails from YachtWorld.com. Please do your part and make sure that YachtWorld.com is added as a friendly domain and/or add YachtWorld.com to your address book as a trusted domain and email sender. Your ISP should also be able to assist you in troubleshooting issues related to your email system.
2. Use Lead Manager and/or Traffic Reporter – If you don’t know what Lead Manager is, please give us a call or click on the Lead Manager link under “Web Services”. Lead Manager will allow your brokerage and salespeople the ability to manage their leads. The leads can be from telephone or email. Traffic Reporter is a useful tool as well since you can login to Traffic Report and view valuable leads that you may have missed. Traffic Reporter also keeps a record of emails that your YachtWorld website receives.
3. Spruce Up Your Email Forms – As you already know, YachtWorld.com immediately sends you an email when a customer completes the form. Why not make it easy for them and create a form that customer’s can fill out that is quick and easy.
4. Verify Your Emails – When all else fails, verify your email by giving you customer a phone call. It’s never too late to give your recipient a call to make sure that they have received the email that you sent them.
Please keep in mind that Network Security changes daily, emails allowed by your ISP today can be accidentally put on a block list tomorrow.
