Where do you go to find listings? Do you spend hours walking the docks looking for the perfect listing? Or do you do what smart brokers do and just checkout BoatWizard and look in the FSBO Leads section? Since January 1st there have been over 220 boats submitted to YachtWorld each one looking for a broker. Here’s how it works…
Last week a friend of mine asked if he could list his 48 foot Sea Ray on the YachtWorld.com site; I told him that YachtWorld is a place for brokers and there’s an easy way to meet one. Just fill out the FSBO form on the YachtWorld.com page and a local broker would call him right away. Well wouldn’t you know the three days later his boat was listed and already getting hits.
Remember when people are selling they are most likely buying; over 68% of boat buyers already own at least one boat; so don’t forget to check for FSBO Lead at least once a week.
Good luck and good selling!
