Following a release of major new functions in to the BoatWizard Lead Manager on 2nd April, we have followed this up by adding a number of further enhancements as a result of the feedback you have given us. These improvements further re-enforce BoatWizard Lead Manager as the industry’s most effective and innovative CRM for brokers & dealers, now used by over 300 companies every day to manage their customer data, match clients to boats and track the response.The new functions live this week include:
Forward, CC and BCC emails
As part of the drive to help you collect and store more data about your customers, you can now forward, copy or blind copy emails. These emails will be sent under your email address and logged on the screen.
“One-touch” access to your leads
On 2nd April, we began sending you alerts by text or email when a new enquiry was available. This alert now links directly to the enquiry in the BoatWizard Lead Manager, as opposed to taking you simply to the homepage of BoatWizard as it used to. This significantly improves the speed at which you can deal with your enquiries.
Increased capacity for attachments
You can now add attachments of up to 10mb to your emails. The previous limit was 1mb. Don’t forget that if you are sending boat specs to your customers, BoatWizard Lead Manager will build, save and send them for you automatically – you do not have to look for individual attachments to go on your emails.
