To all of you who took the time to call or e-mail us about our new website, thank you. We are delighted to have had such a positive response to our new design and new search engine. Most of you find the site easier to use, but some of you find it more challenging. In response, here are answers to the most frequently asked questions:
- If you used to log in to BoatWizard from the homepage of YachtWorld.com, you can still do so. To get there quicker, you may log in directly via www.boatwizard.com.
- One of the best things about the new YachtWorld.com is that consumers now have more ways to view listings. They can even set their own default layout, which they will then see every time they come back and search again. For example, if you prefer to see listings without thumbnail photos, just click on one of the other options to the right of the screen above the list of boats. The options are TABLE view, GALLERY view or the familiar DETAILS view.
- To use the new search engine, type in your keyword in the SEARCH box (e.g. bilge keel Westerly), or click on the SEARCH box to get a drop-down menu where you can search by manufacturer, model, year, price, location etc. You can also use the old ADVANCED SEARCH to make more detailed queries.
