The PSP Southampton Boat Show closed last night, with the Yacht Brokers Village more in demand than ever before. We were proud to represent 26 brokers in a show that seemed busier than most people expected, and have been delighted to receive reports from a number of you who are now working on deals as a direct result of the Yacht Brokers Village. In summary,
- the Yacht Brokers Village generated 182 email leads from pre-qualified boat buyers to the 26 brokers participating
- in addition, we printed 252 boat specifications for those buyers from whom we could not get an email address
- we are able to direct around 45 people to the nearby Hamble Point Used Boat Show
- we made around the same number of personal introductions to brokers/dealers in the Show
- containing your full page advert, the YachtWorld Magazine was given to 3,500 people at the Show and a further 2,000 during the Cannes Boat Show the week before

New listings:
At the Show, 20 private owners gave us their contact details in order to list their boat with one of the brokers participating in the Yacht Brokers Village. A further 38 potential listings were submitted to the FSBO leads section of www.boatwizard.com over the same period. Again, these are all from customers who want to list their boat with a professional yacht broker, so pick the ones best suited to you and get dialling!
It is fair to say that no other website goes this far to bring you new business, at a time when new listings are so important.
